Please complete the application below in full. Once submitted, a representative with the HillClimb Festival will be in contact with you. Incomplete applications will not be accepted for inclusion in the Festival. Applications MUST be received by February 28, 2023. If accepted, a $50 non-refundable deposit is due in order to hold your space.
NOTE: Only the products listed on this application will be allowed to be sold in the festival if you are selected.
The festival will go on RAIN OR SHINE. There will be no refunds of any kind for last-minute cancellations due to weather. Please plan accordingly.
Hours of Operation: Vendors must be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Required hours of operation will be Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-6pm, Sunday 9am-6pm. Snowmobile competition begins at 8:30am Friday-Sunday, while music will take place from 2pm-6pm on Saturday and Sunday. Racers, production staff, and vendors all arrive beginning Thursday morning for setup prior to festival grounds opening to general public on Friday morning.
Acceptance: You will be notified via e-mail of your acceptance. We will make our first round picks for vendors on March 1st, 2023. A $50 non-refundable deposit will be due immediately upon your acceptance to the event to secure place. Final payment in full will be required by April 1st, 2023. Your booth assignments will be emailed 1 week prior to the event.
*** Per Weber-Morgan District Health Department each food booth MUST obtain their own temporary food service permit before operating. The cost is $50 for the first day and $5 for each additional operating day of the gathering.
Electricity: Plan to provide for yourself, in the event we have any issues. Basic electricity is planned to be provided for all booths. You can expect 110v service with a 15-amp breaker.
Location: We reserve the right to determine vendor location. This determination will be based on the size and space available as well as the type of craft, product or attraction. At the vendor coordinator's discretion a vendor's location may be moved, prior to set up, for any reason.
Camping: Vendors will be allotted two staff tickets for the event along with camping in the vendor camping area for free. If you wish to camp inside the festival grounds with your booth you may. Security will be provided on site 24 hours a day during the run of festival. Security will be provided during all hours of the event. Additional vendor passes can be purchased at a discounted rate.
