Can I bring my camera to HillFest?
Professional cameras and all cameras with detachable lenses will not be allowed inside the venue at HillFest. Please feel free to bring small point and shoot cameras, including GoPro's.
If you are a working photographer interested in capturing the event for a media outlet please contact inquiries@tchillfest.com with subject “Press Request” and share the following info: Full Name, Outlet, Past Events, Link to Previous Work, and E-Mail. Please know that these positions are only available to working photographers.
Ticketing & Wristbands
We will be using QR Scan Codes for HillFest. Confirmation emails will be sent with your QR Scan Code for entry into HillFest, where you will then be given a festival wristband. Make sure to have a fully charged phone so you can access your emails, or take a picture of the QR Scan Code to receive your wristband. We recommend bringing your ID as well for purchase confirmation in the event QR Scan Codes are not working.
When does Will Call/Box Office open and close?
The Box Office will be open from 8am-4pm each day (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
Is an ID or Driver's License required?
Identification is highly recommended.
To use the Box Office, Will Call, or to purchase alcohol you will need a valid ID or Driver's License, or Gov’t Issued ID (passport, military, etc).
Can I buy a wristband at the gate?
Wristbands will be available for purchase at the box office during the event.. Please check our website and social media pages prior to the event for any ticket updates.
Is HillFest an all-ages event?
HillFest is an all-ages event. We strongly encourage bringing the little one’s along to enjoy the fun and make memories along the way!
Children 12 and under are free. Teenagers 13 and up will require a wristband for entry.
Discounts for Military (must email inquiries@hillfest.com request to get 15% off).
Is vending allowed?
All vendors must submit applications and be approved. This includes walking vendors. If you have items to sell at the event please contact the appropriate Vending team to receive approval. For Food Vending please fill out the Food Vendor Application in the Sponsor/Vending page.
If you are caught vending during the event your items will be confiscated and you will be removed from the event.
Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed on-site at HillFest, except for legitimate service animals. A “service animal” is defined as “any dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. The work or tasks performed by a service animal must be directly related to the handler’s disability.”
Emotional support or comfort animals are not considered animals under the ADA and therefore are not allowed at HillFest.
Please note that all service dogs, including those from out of state are subject to local dog ordinances, which includes a valid rabies certificate.
Parking and Access for Disabled Patrons?
There will be parking and special entrance access available to disabled patrons attending HillFest. Please note that HillFest does take place at an open area ski site subject to inclement weather and conditions. We will do our best to accommodate all patrons, regardless of disability.
ADA Services
If you require ADA Services or other special attention, contact inquiries@tchillfest.com with your specific needs, so HillFest representatives can reply, discuss, and properly prepare for your arrival. Required ADA Seating, Parking, Transport, Facilities, Restrooms, and Entry Lines will be in full operation. There will be a shuttle from the parking lot to the concert entrance during festival hours.
